About Jeremy Smith
Jeremy Smith is a seasoned development and construction leader with more than 20 years of experience scaling high-growth brands. He launched Coda Construction while still in college, delivering hundreds of projects nationwide across the restaurant, retail, and municipal sectors. After expanding and selling Facility 360, he founded J Truman Management to support Torchys Tacos rapid expansion, completing over $70M in projects throughout Texas. Jeremy later served as Torchys Vice President of Design & Development, overseeing real estate analytics, design, construction, facilities, and multi-state rollout strategies, ultimately developing more than 80 locations and major initiatives such as the brands test kitchen and headquarters.
Today, Jeremy leads Citadel with that same depth of expertisemost notably guiding the franchise development strategy for 7Brew Coffee, a partnership that contributed to the brands explosive growth and resulted in Citadel delivering more than 120 locations nationwide. His focus on smart development, strategic planning, and operational excellence continues to drive Citadels vision and long-term client success.
